Sound Of Nature can continue Henry Cecil's good run with victory here. Torrens and Pentatonic join Can Can Star on the shortlist. The selection steps up to this trip for the first time having made plenty of progress around a mile so far. He runs as if the step up in trip will suit and whilst he doesn't look entirely straight-forward (led down to the start in the past), he looks worth chancing in an open race. Pentatonic makes her handicap debut today and the handicapper may have understimated her (73-rated rival well held in fifth on that last run) today. Torrens has plenty of experience on his side and looks on an attractive mark. The stable are in form and he looks a live danger. Jackie Kiely is decent on the all-weather but completely exposed, whilst Trouble Mountain should come on for his recent run in which the form has been franked anyway. Can Can Star is a course and distance winner and Tony Carroll's consistent colt is one for place purposes once again. An open affair, and Sound Of Nature gets the nod.
