A good heat to start things off and TILSWORTH GLENBOY is taken to complete his hat-trick. He seems a rejuvenated character of late on the soft to heavy ground and hopefully sufficient cut will remain for him to deliver a similar level of performance. He's been upped 10lb for those last two successes which seems reasonable. Flying Applause, four wins from his last six runs, seems sure to go well again and is a fine stable servant but this looks a tougher question for him to answer and Glass Mountain could be a bigger danger. The Fanshawe inmate looked a little unlucky not to score on his Yarmouth reappearance and then ran inexplicably badly at Doncaster last time. He's better than that. Artisan completes the shortlist as he's open to improvement on turf and looks on a decent handicap mark for his shrewd yard.
