Verdict
Just a year ago, Falasteen finished runner-up in a Class 2 sprint handicap at York and performed at that level throughout the summer. He badly missed the break and finished last at Chester and has his first start in a claimer. Efistorm loves this track and is attempting his 24th victory on his 123rd start. He arrives in god shape having won at Kempton last week, though he's not favoured at the weights here. The front-running POLAR ANNIE won three times last summer, though all over longer trips. She'll be better for her recent run at Kempton after a long break and can make all here. The last time Scarlet Rocks raced on Turf she won a similar race to this over the C&D in October and must be considered with her low weight but Speedy Yaki looks as though he needs further.
