Cap St Jean may be able to defy his penalty here and get the better of Jennifer's Dream and Singleb. The gelding has the extra burden courtesy of his course and distance win in this grade back in May. He's reunited with Hayley Turner, who has an excellent record for the yard, this afternoon and should go well with conditions to suit. Jennifer's Dream drops in grade and has the highest rating of the runners in this field but she has to prove her stamina at this trip and, to some extent, that she has trained on. Singleb was narrowly denied over a mile at Yarmouth in the week and is clearly on good terms with himself. The drop back to seven shouldn't be a problem and he can give another good account. Yerevan and Samurai Warrior are other potential contenders but Cap St Jean appeals as a likelier winner.
