    Verdict

Prince Vector is proving a bit expensive to follow but he is given one more chance against some other well exposed types, Papality and Almanshood could provide most danger. Alan King's colt has come up against some decent performers this season including Habanero and Scriptwriter, and his recent third behind Pugilist also reads well. The trip is no problem and he should be there or thereabouts. Almanshood's best effort this campaign came at Newmarket when second to Dubai Venture. a repeat of that run would see him go very close today. Papality has a similar level of form to Almanshood and that is reflected in her official rating, once again she should be on the premises. Luca Cumani's Newnham should be the pick of the older horses, but Prince Vector appears to have the best overall form and gets the vote.
