Big Noise won this in 2009, finishing ahead of Masai Moon in the process, but has appeared to be on the downgrade this season. Rod Millman's top weight has also struggled a little in his last couple of starts and is an infrequent winner but Elusive Sue scored at Carlisle 10 days ago while Hail Promenader has coped well off higher marks after scraping home at Pontefract in April. Kingscroft is probably a couple of pounds too high in the weights now, however, so this may be best left to YAIR HILL. John Dunlop's colt missed the break and subsequently never got competitive over 6f at Goodwood last time but had been in decent form over this trip previously and has dropped 3lb since finishing fifth in a better race at York in May.
