Relatively unexposed three-year-olds are rarely seen in such contests but MYSTIC EDGE is a pleasing exception and Michael Bell's filly boasts solid credentials after two promising efforts this term. Appreciating the step up in trip when runner-up here last time, she'll go close with a similar effort against more exposed rivals. Iguacu won a similar contest at Goodwood on his penultimate start which bodes well for his chances and he looks the main danger despite a 3lb higher mark. Beneath stays much further than this so expect plenty to be made of his assured stamina. He'll be dangerous if allowed to dominate and looks the each-way shout, while Dragon Slayer goes well here, has his conditions and is shortlist material.
