Prince Valentine, Straight Face and Suhayl Star make most appeal in this contest and the narrow vote is given to Prince Valentine. The selection normally reserves his best efforts for Brighton but he ran a blinder here last time when he chased home Straight Face. He was returning from a break that day so he should be sharper for the run and he can reverse placings with Straight Face tonight on these terms. The last mentioned does have a good draw tonight but he looks to have a bit to find with our selection on this occasion. Suhayl Star was narrowly beaten by Rambling Socks at Wolverhampton last time and this step-up in trip should play to his strengths. A Teen is a course and distance winner and he has the best of the draw tonight so he could go well at a price. However, for the winner we will stick with Prince Valentine.
