In depth

Verdict

Nothing really jumps off the page but ALIS AQUILAE has a progressive profile and after an encouraging handicap debut is given the vote. The selection wasn't beaten that far on that first run in this company and with this easier looks to have a good chance off the same mark with more improvement possible. Dear Maurice found just the one too good on his first run for just under a year so now that bit fitter should go close as should course and distance winner Kersivay based on his win here in March. Last time out winners Gracie's Gift and Freddie's Girl have claims on those scores but Alis Aquilae has scope for more.
