CHRIS'S RIDGE left a debut run behind when only just held by a progressive type over furlong shorter. He was finishing that race off well so the step up to a mile should help him get home this time. Morning Chief ran an encouraging debut at Nottingham when third of 13 and should come on for the run as should Marching Home who also showed enough on debut to suggest a winning future. Intiqaal is bred to be better than these but can't be recommended on his debut run so the vote stays with Chris's Ridge.
