Fromsong returned to winning ways last time out and the old-timer can follow up this evening, Whitbarrow and Idle Power are also worthy of a mention. Dean Ivory's nine-year-old took advantage of a dropping mark to beat Bookiesindex Boy over the five furlong trip here last time out. He won with plenty in hand that day and with the extra distance not a problem he should go close again this evening. Whitbarrow has been a revelation this season and is chasing a five timer. With his jockey good value for his claim he should make a bold bid despite the rise in the weights. Idle Power is another veteran in good form and he runs this track really well. Meanwhile Mr Cellophane has been consistent all season and is another to consider for each-way purposes. All in all a pretty tight knit handicap but Fromsong is at the top of his game and he gets the vote.
