        Verdict

        There are worse systems than following Sir Mark Prescott's runners as they are stepped up in trip and Otaki gets a tentative vote ahead of likely leading players Isa'Af and Prince Of Medina. Otaki hasn't threatened to trouble the judge in four starts, including over a mile three on her handicap bow here last time, but this further step up in trip may bring about some improvement and it's interesting that connections are persevering. Isa'Af battled on gamely to score over course and distance last time where he had Prince Of Medina 3 lengths back in fifth. He should be thereabouts again but is far from certain to confirm the form. Support for Aqua Pura would put him in the picture but the tentative selection is Otaki.
