Verdict
Musical Script can land the spoils in a competitive opener, with Monashee Brave and Rosie Cross the others worth a mention. The selection ran a sound race at Southwell last time in a handicap when finshing third behind Realt N Mara. He also went close when last seen here and he is certainly running well enough to merit strong consideration this afternoon. Monashee Brave is not the most straightforward and although he returned to winning ways last time, he was all-out to score and the race he won was a weak seller. Rosie Cross has got some respectable form but her two career wins have come over 5f and for that reason we will pass her over today. Desert Light hails from a yard in flying form and he is another worth a look, but there has been plenty to like about the way Musical Script has been running of late and he gets the vote.
