TOP DIKTAT is the only course and distance winner in the line-up and he's back to his best and on a lenient mark judged by his well-supported victory at Nottingham last month. He completed a four-timer early last year with the latest of them from a much higher mark on Turf. Goodnightsuzy looked as though she would be winning soon following narrow defeats at Haydock and Chelmsford but she found trouble in-running at Wolverhampton and that run is best ignored. Clovelly Bay has had very little racing but came good at Chelmsford last month and has more to offer but Royal Warranty is still on a 9lb higher mark than her last victory here in September of last year.
