In an interesting maiden, Third Set gets the call ahead of Marbaa and Mumaathel. Third Set showed plenty of promise for the future when finishing second to Bosset on his debut at Newbury and, although not so well drawn, has to be considered in an interesting maiden. Blushing Light is bred for this type of surface and is interesting on his debut. Dixie Storm hails from an in-form yard and showed promise on his Newmarket debut. Imperial Harry will have to improve on his debut run, while the form of Marbaa's Newmarket debut fourth reads pretty well so grant him all due respect. Mumaathel has gone close on both starts and is also a big player tonight. Pronto Vende has likeable breeding, as does Tuning Fork's half-brother Ticking, but Seal Of Hope looks the second string from Marcus Tregoning's yard. Fluted Crystal is another to have something to like on breeding, while Crimplene's half-sister, Local Spirit, has shown some promise but might find one or two too good tonight. All of which returns us to the selection, which is Third Set.
