This is a smashing handicap with Zamboozle selected ahead of Tabadul and Glad Big. The selection has probably threatened more than he has delivered so far but, that said, his form does lot read too badly. Furthermore, a drop in trip might provide the answer today from his last few runs and he can go well with his stable among the winners this week. Tabadul won so well here two runs ago that it might pay to forgive his Newmarket disappointment last time. Young Mick has been running well all year and even though he has been raised in the weights, can't be ruled out. Glad Big has also been running well, including here, and a step up in trip might bring about more improvement. Great Plains is lightly raced and improving, while Obrigado remains reasonably weighted, although Nice Tune is seven pounds better off for five lengths based on course and distance form with him. The Barney Curley-trained El Tiger cannot be ruled out in first-time cheekpieces, while Walter Swinburn's stable seems to be hitting form, and he fields Fairmile. Lord Mayor and King's Thought hold claims based on 2004 and 2005 Turf form, respectively, although more-recent efforts have not been so good. Atlantic Quest is just a pound higher than for his February Wolverhampton win but has not won over as far as today's trip, while Barry Island is well-weighted on his best from, but has won only once in two years. In any case, we prefer the claims of his stablemate, Zamboozle, who gets our vote.
