Jazz City gets the narrow vote here over Todlea and Cathedral Rock. The selection was a well beaten third behind My Turn Now last time out but he meets nothing of that class here today and he can make his experience count. He should have no problems with the ground and he should prove tough to beat. Todlea has got some fair flat form and he ran okay on his debut over hurdles but he is likely to find this ground too testing and for that reason we will take him on. Cathedral Rock may therefore give our selection the most to think about as he has run with credit on both of his starts over hurdles and as both of those runs have been with plenty of cut in the ground he has to be shortlisted. Duelling Banjos was decent on the flat but he was very disappointing on heavy ground last time on his hurdling debut and we are happy to stick with Jazz City as our choice to lead them home.
