MIXING is capable of giving a good account of himself as are Transformer and Inch Lodge. Compton Falcon couldn't be dismissed with confidence on debut for a new yard as he's slipped to a nice mark and has run well here in the past; the market may prove to be the best guide to his chances. Inch Lodge was well held behind Inquisitress at Lingfield but he's made the frame here on a couple of occasions and could figure whilst Transformer produced a decent effort in the same race hinting that he may be ready to strike. Ocean Of Peace has a promising pilot booked and has only had a couple of runs for this yard but he didn't appear to be the easiest of rides at Brighton although it's possible that he didn't handle the track. Mixing didn't run up to his best at Epsom last time but he's a more than capable performer on his day with a far better record on the all-weather with all four wins achieved at this venue. The most recent of them came from a 3lb lower mark but he's won from higher in the past and Mixing may do so again.
