Having finally opened her account when scoring over course and distance last week, David Elsworth's Bahrqueen is taken to follow up at the main expense of the two other last time out winners in the field Guilded Flyer and Voice Mail. The last mentioned shoulders 5lb penalty for his win at Bath last time which might not be enough to stop Andrew Balding's gelding but lack of proven stamina is a concern and for that reason he is probably best watched. Guilded Flyer took advantage of a lenient turf rating to win at Leicester but a 6lb rise and better company here may anchor him. The consistent Vizulize, who has a decent amateur booked, the well-handicapped Scenic Lady and Yarmouth winner Peregian are others to consider but we are happy to side with Bahrqueen. David Elsworth's filly does not know how to run a bad race and, having been placed in all seven previous starts on a variety of surfaces, she was hardly winning out of turn when successful over course and distance last week when staying on well to beat Dance In The Sun by two lengths. A 7lb penalty should not stop her from winning again.
