San Antonio is given the vote here with Barathea Dreams and Flint River rated as the main dangers. The selection is in fine form and is chasing a hat-trick after a couple of impressive wins, the latest being at Pontefract when he easily beat The Bonus King. He has a penalty for that win but he looks to be improving and it would be no surprise to see him score again. Barathea Dreams is a horse that goes well in the spring and he won in good style last time when beating Flipando in the Spring Mile at Doncaster. However, he had the run of the race that day and although he has got obvious claims here he might just be worth taking on. Flint River won well here last time but that was off his highest-ever mark, and although he is in good form at present, he looks one that now may be worth avoiding until he gets some respite from the handicapper. Little Jimbob won in good style last time and is another worthy of consideration, but for the winner we return to San Antonio.
