    Verdict

This looks tricky but JALLOTA may prove the safest proposition. Charlie Hills’ charge is penalised for winning a Listed race at Redcar last term but still has strong claims off his current mark racing on the all-weather in this country for the first time. Arod has been much travelled since winning a Group 2 at Ascot back in 2015 and ran well in the Grade 1 Woodbine Mile in September on his debut for David Simcock. He’s not out of this and Poet's Vanity has a chance on these terms despite failing to win last year given she drops in class today. Chessman and the selection’s stablemate Magillen look up against it in this company.
