In depth

Verdict

C'Est Le Bonheur landed the odds in a maiden hurdle at Sedgefield but faces stiffer opposition today as does another maiden winner Gibberwell, who scored at Wexford in October and has switched yards. LE CHEVAL NOIR is another carrying a penalty having won at Carlisle but Rose Dobbin’s charge should still have the measure of these on today’s terms back on his preferred going after struggling on good ground at Newcastle. Deluxe Range found only the progressive Alaphilippe too good at Ayr and may prove best of the rest.
