Trust Thomas has not managed a win here in 10 previous visits while it’s difficult to make a case for Las Tunas on his two runs this term. Whitsundays is 3lb better off than when only beaten a length by UNO VALOROSO (NAP) at Bangor last month but Mark Walford’s gelding has since chased home a subsequent winner in a better race at Haydock and may well confirm the placings. Vengeur De Guye won at Ayr in October but has been well beaten on both starts since.
