Six of this eight-strong field ran in the same race over the course and distance a fortnight ago, though none got anywhere near Frankyfourfingers. Storm Belt chased the winner all the way and eventually finished second with ALABASTER, who missed the break and raced wide throughout, two lengths back in third. Saltarin Dubai, Barreesh, Ply and Active Spirit were all left trailing and appear unlikely to reverse form with the placed horses - Oisin Murphy's mount can come out on top today. Doug Watson, who trained the runner-up and the last, is also represented here by Grand Argentier, who won a similar race to this a year ago and looked to be running into form when leading for a long way on Turf three weeks ago. Godolphin's Don't Give Up won at Kempton and Windsor last summer and makes his debut from the bottom of the handicap so has to be greatly respected.
