In depth

Verdict

Third Time Lucki is improving but last month’s Market Rasen winner may struggle to defy his penalty in this. Malinello was no match for Getaround at Chepstow but the third has run well since. The winner’s stablemate Getalead probably ran better than expected last time at Cheltenham while Catterick fourth Minella Beauty is hooded in the hope it helps him settle better. Bothwell Bridge represents a powerful stable but fellow newcomer ETOILE REBELLE is the one that stands out on breeding. His dam is a half-sister to smart chaser Vautour and his yard is in excellent form and has a terrific strike-rate here with its bumper horses.
