In depth

Verdict

Lyndsays Lad should do better after a pipe-opener at Kempton in February. Bright Forecast has point-to-point experience and newcomer Thomas Darby is a half-brother to two winning jumpers including the useful Muirhead. Black Kalanisi has shown promise in both starts and shouldn’t be far away but SKYLINE is worth another chance despite an odds-on failure at Lingfield. He’s had a wind operation since and earlier efforts at Doncaster and Cheltenham mark him as the one to beat.
