In depth

Verdict

Apache Pilot and Hattons Hill are both regulars here in races of this type and have won their fair share. Dan's Wee Man travels up from Gloucestershire on the back of a second at Plumpton and Veauce De Sivola won in this grade at Musselburgh. Arizona Bound had Sevenballs Of Fire behind when second here 12 days ago but stablemate PRINCE DUNDEE looks better handicapped. Only six, the bottom weight has hinted at ability in his three runs to date over the larger obstacles and he’s been eased a further 3lb since his fifth at Carlisle where the trip looked too short.
