In depth

Verdict

Largy Prospect scored over 2m4f at Ayr and should be just as effective over this extra half-mile given he’s already won a point-to-point. Captain Cj has only run twice over hurdles and Dermot McLoughlin’s charge would have every chance on his second at Navan in December but SHAMAN DU BERLAIS deserves to get his head in front as he ran well behind an in-form rival in a handicap at Fakenham two outings ago and was going clear when falling two out at Catterick next time. Ludlow fourth Stung For Cash isn’t out this, however, and neither is the useful pointer Ard Chros but Anjilina may need more time.
