Lady Babs was in excellent form on quick ground last summer, scoring twice at Market Rasen. She made a very encouraging reappearance after a long break and looks certain to go well. MAJOR SNUGFIT (NAP) was also in fine form last year, winning three times on the Flat and completing a double over timber in November. He's been looking a couple of pounds high recently but his rider's 10lb claim can make the difference. Jack Yeats, a winner on the Flat, is 0-12 over hurdles but went very close over the track and trip last time while another maiden, Chemical Warfare, has dropped 14lb in the ratings since starting out in handicaps in March. The veteran Archive, one of the most versatile horses in training, hasn't won since 2019 but ran his best race for some time here last weekend.
