This is a tricky one with any number that can be given a chance. We threw the dart at the board and it landed on Catch The Perk. Running through the field. Merry Tina is interesting stepped up in trip here after making late headway at Perth last time out. Karo de Vindecy was only just outdone at Uttoxeter last time and can go well again, despite being raised five pounds for his efforts. Mr Laggan has now dropped back to the mark from which he won an amateur event at Musselburgh last December, so he has to be on the shortlist, as does fellow course and distance winner, Catch The Perk, who has a career-high mark to defy if scoring but, on the upside, has not been overfaced over fences and goes well for today's rider. Lord Of The Land has won here over further than today's trip and is well weighted on the form of that win, although that was three years ago. Loughcrew won over hurdles in his native Ireland three years ago but Len Lungo will be working wonders to get him to score based on what we have recently seen. Raise A McGregor did not run too badly from his revised mark last time and could go well from Sue Smith's stable, even though he lacks a recent outing. Nuzum Road Makers is very well weighted based on the best of his Irish form of two years ago, while Tobesure, another course winner, is another weighted to be fairly competitive and shaped well over hurdles last time. Ambushed has yet to prove as good over fences as he was over hurdles, Iron Express is not too far away from a winning mark and has won here, Archias is pitched in at the deepish end here as a novice and Dream On Willie has failed to get his head in front despite some fair efforts since his Wetherby win in December. Make what you will of all that. The dart says Catch The Perk.
