In depth

Verdict

Costly Dream was beaten a long way when third at Perth last month but was a winner over track and trip earlier and is only 3lb higher. Speak Of The Devil found only one too good on three occasions last season and Flaming Glory should enjoy the switch to fences and longer trip having failed to score in 10 attempts over hurdles. Aptly Put and Mamoo could also be interesting but Charlie Longdson’s runners here are always worth a second look and PETER’S PORTRAIT is no exception. Though not seen since pulled up at Huntingdon in February, he was a stayer over the smaller obstacles and has already won between the flags.
