Verdict

Barring accidents, this should be a straight match between previous winners STATION MASTER and Steely Addition with Kim Bailey’s novice taken to come out on top having bounced back from a poor run in a handicap at Cheltenham with victory at Huntingdon when holding off Equus Secretus and Sunday’s Carlisle winner Piton Pete. Steely Addition has won on good going but seems better when there is plenty of give in the ground, though won’t go down without a fight.
