In depth

Verdict

Brigadier Bob was pulled up when starting joint favourite at Uttoxeter last month having won earlier at Huntingdon and seems to prefer better ground nowadays. HIGH COUNSEL hasn’t had much racing since successful over track and trip a little under a year ago when 6lb higher. He was in touch turning for home at Stratford last month and should strip fitter here. Veteran Midnight Mustang could figure if fully wound up while This Breac holds Master Sunrise on Wincanton running and Jimmy Frost’s winning pointer is quite unexposed under Rules but Lamh Ar Lamh has yet to complete over fences.
