Only half of this field have tackled fences before. Stockburn won a chase at Bangor in May but was pulled up on his reappearance at Wincanton. Stop The World started favourite on his chasing bow at Southwell and this longer trip should suit, though he is now 0-10 under Rules. Paddys Runner has won four times over hurdles and has been staging a revival since joining Christian Williams while Nearly Perfect looks like he’ll enjoy a test of stamina. JURYS OUT has run poorly here in the past but was a very easy winner over timber at Carlisle in March. He didn’t run as well a week later at Market Rasen but that outing probably came too soon and he should make a chaser.
