In depth

Verdict

Lamanver Odyssey is penalised for her victory over 2m2f at Exeter where her stamina came into play. LADY KARINA was beaten just over four lengths into third but that was only her second run and she finished very strongly so a 6lb pull plus the longer trip can enable her to reverse the form and take this. Arctic Lady was well beaten and looks held but winning bumper Lady Beaufort's run at Warwick is best ignored as she made such a hash of the first that she was never able to get back into contention. River Arrow makes her hurdling debut and returns after a long break.
