Verdict

Mistercobar’s second at Sedgefield has been franked and he’s receiving weight all round here. Skewiff won over a longer trip at Uttoxeter and Kings Monarch was a wide-margin winner at Fontwell, though has been raised 9lb. DOC CARVER has improved since undergoing wind surgery, following up a victory at Chepstow with a close second at Carlisle. Those are both stiff tracks so he should handle the extra half-mile around here. The others have plenty to prove at present.
