Verdict

Camelot Communion, Maggie Lou and Bahamian Ceilidh make most appeal in this maiden to open the card and the vote is given to Camelot Communion. The selection showed plenty of promise on her debut she she chased home Clumber Place at Pontefract. She should come on plenty for the experience and if she does then she will be tough to beat. Maggie Lou is a well-bred newcomer from the Kevin Ryan yard and she has to be worth a look in the market, although the yard have not had a 2-year-old winner yet this season. Bahamian Ceilidh's yard only had 5 2-year-old winners in the whole of last season so she will have to be fairly smart to make a winning racecourse debut. However, she looks the part on breeding and she can go well. Cecilia's Lass will have to step-up on what she showed on her debut if she is to get competitive, and in a race where the market should provide the clues, we will nominate Camelot Communion as the pick.
