        Verdict

        This looks to be a good opportunity for Tolzey to deliver on the promise she displayed on her debut in Novice event at Windsor earlier in the month. The daughter of Rahy, who is a sister of triple juvenile winner Temple, was keeping on well on that occasion and should be a good deal wiser this time around. Dress Pearl has had little luck in running in her three outings to date but has shaped as though there is a race in her somewhere along the line. However, she lacks the scope for improvement of the selection and may have to settle for the forecast slot today. Imperialistic is bred to appreciate a little further than this and a watching brief is best employed with her today. Charnock Bates is the most interesting of the newcomers and is one to watch in the betting.
