Verdict

This is something of a lottery with so many making their handicap debuts including Chelmsford winner Typical Woman. Zulu Tracker, Stellar Queen, Big Bear Hug and Aussie Banker all showed enough in novice company to give them a chance while Canny Fettle won a handicap at Newcastle last month and debuts on Turf. EXMINSTER placed over 7f here last season and, though only fifth when sent off favourite at Beverley on his reappearance, he’ll be sharper for this fitted with cheekpieces for the first time.
