In depth

Verdict

SUBJECTIVIST came here for his debut and very nearly made a successful start, taking the lead 1f out only to be caught on the line. The going was heavy that day so tonight's better ground can see him go one better. Mystery Power cost €110,000 as a foal and more than double that as a yearling so must have been showing something while Valdermo is a half-brother to two winners on Dirt in the USA. Phoenix Approach is by Dawn Approach and this could prove his optimum trip while Thunder King cost 52,000gns and is the third foal of a mare who has produced winners with her first two to run.
