In depth

Verdict

CALIPSO COLLONGES escapes a penalty for a smooth win under Fergus Gregory in a conditionals’ race at Market Rasen 10 days ago. He won over an even longer trip at Fakenham the time before and is difficult to oppose. Red Danaher is much more exposed but returned to winning ways at Carlisle earlier this month. Champagne George hinted at a revival at Southwell while Pookie Pekan is another unpenalised for a victory at Wetherby. Hollywood All Star has been beaten in sellers lately but Tailor Tom could make the frame if forgiven a weak effort last time at Newcastle.
