In depth

Verdict

Subcontinent attracted some support at Sandown last month but disappointed again. Mighty Thunder should do better now handicapping and Lord County has been in good form, though looked in the handicapper’s grip last time at Bangor and has gone up a further 3lb since. Snougar scrambled home in an Ayr maiden 12 days ago and remains unexposed, as does Irish import Secret Legacy, but Secret Legacy ran poorly last time at Plumpton. ABSOLUTELY DYLAN beat a subsequent winner when easily landing the odds at Newcastle last month – he may improve again now he’s got his head in front.
