RED STARGAZER was very impressive when beating hot favourite Kommander Kirkup on his debut at Ayr last month. He met trouble in-running but still came through on the bridle to win going away. The second had run subsequent Gimcrack and Middle Park winner Astaire to three-quarters-of-a-length on his debut so the form is very solid. Musical Comedy looks the danger as he likes give in the ground and may have found the going too quick when only second in a York nursery last time. See The Sun's run in the Two-Year-Old Trophy at Redcar was too bad to be true but he probably has a bit to find here and Windfast has his first run since scoring at Nottingham in May.
