In depth

Verdict

None of these have experience of soft ground but Arbaab should go close if handling the surface on the back of a fair debut at Goodwood. Bold Captain wasn't disgraced when stepped up to today's trip at York, but LATIN CHARM is preferred. The latter never threatened the winner when third at Yarmouth but most of his winning relatives scored in soft going so Marco Botti's colt gets the nod. Indus River has a run under his belt and makes more appeal than stablemate Conquerant while Ruwasi could prove best of the newcomers.
