Economic Crisis is getting a bit long in the tooth but hasn’t run badly in two starts this year. Shepherds Way ended last season in good form and should be cherry-ripe having had a couple of outings on Tapeta. Boudica Bay won on similar going at Redcar last month but disappointed next time when well behind subsequent Ayr winner Sound Of Iona. The latter carries a penalty in this and that may have opened the door for LIAMBA, who has the speed to cope with the drop back to 5f and will probably make a bee-line for the stands’ rail from stall 13. Iva Go and Dana Forever look the pick of the remainder.
