    Nomadic Empire, a half-brother to a winning sprinter in France, ran with promise over course and distance when third to Muker but Kevin Ryan tends to introduce his best two-year-olds here and ANCIENT TIMES, by Exceed And Excel, will likely know what’s required. Fellow newcomer Max Oclock is a half-sister to three winners but J R Cavagin was very green at Doncaster and may need more time.
