      Verdict

      Michael Dods has his string in good form at present so Aldaado has to be respected but he disappointed at Beverley last time and looks best watched especially with the going on the round course being so testing and preference is for PAQUERETTZA, who gets the verdict over Eastern Warrior. The testing ground will be no problem to the son of Barathea and, off what seems a fair mark, the John Hills-trained gelding has solid claims. Bryan Smart's Postman has paid the penalty at the hands of the handicapper for his win at Nottingham in April and is still 10lbs higher than when successful that day. Harriet's Girl, who has run consistently well of late, looks the pick of the two runners in the race trained by Alan Jarvis ahead of Chief Red Cloud. Richard Fahey's Goliaths Boy is hard to back with any confidence following recent outings and preference is for Paquerettza. David Brown's filly has won her last two starts in races at Redcar and Newmarket and she has solid claims of winning again having been raised another 5lbs for her latest success.
