Graceful Descent deserves to get her head in front having found one too good in each of her three starts this term and she has to be respected but Richard Fahey's filly may have to settle for minor honours again with it being hard to oppose KING HEART, who gets the vote over Applaude. Alan Swinbank's gelding disappointed on his latest outing at Pontefract last month but earlier form in handicaps this term is solid so he has to be considered. Highland Storm did not seem to take to hurdles on his debut over timber recently but had earlier finished a good second in a seller at Warwick so he cannot be discounted. Ian Wood's Randama Bay has been fairly well held in recent starts in handicaps and looks booked for place at best even in this grade. Rascasse is readily discounted and it is hard to get away from Kind Heart. Sir Mark Prescott's filly is less exposed than her rivals after just four career starts. She made an encouraging return in a Thirsk handicap last month, is best in at the weights by some way on official BHA ratings and she is hard to oppose.
