      Verdict

      PRINCES DES SABLES won a better-class nursery over the course and distance on good ground and, providing she handles today's conditions, should be up to defying a 6lb rise. Northern Society was beaten just over a length in that latter event and is just 1lb better off so looks held. Summer Blossom has done well enough though looks a few pounds high on what she's achieved but Beryl The Petal looks a real threat. David O'Meara's filly had been going well over 7f before reverting to this trip and overcoming trouble in-running to score at Ripon.
