    Verdict

    Lindus Atenor should be capable of beating Strong Approach and Lake Hero. A switch to forcing tactics appeared to suit Karl Burke's filly last time out and with stall four tonight, she can tack across to the stands' rail and make the rest of them work hard to beat her. Strong Approach should be capable of setting a fair test for the likely favourite. He ran a solid race at Pontefract before the stiff six furlongs saw his pace blunted inside the distance. He should not be long in breaking his maiden. Lake Hero made full use of a favourable draw to score at Beverley over five furlongs. Her run at Newbury is best forgotten and she should be capable of staying six on all known evidence. Boumsong is held on a form line with her while Shaydreambeliever ran no sort of a race from a poor draw in a recent Pontefract nursery. The potential is for a speed duel early doors and we believe Lindus Atenor is the best equipped tonight.
